Over the past 8-12 months we have made enormous strides in pushing the boundaries of the golden triangle of product development: performance, cost and reliability. This has been the result of a structured and diligent technical development activity, aptly supported by a team culture focused on developing a commercially viable range of products.
In preparation to scale up and roll out a next generation of water treatment technology on a global scale, the team at Arvia have simplified product build to reduce cost and manufacturing times. Furthermore, the R&D team has ensured the cost reduction activities have only been supplemented by performance increases across all product variants. Simplifying engineering design is also a cornerstone for enhancing the reliability of engineered products.
Moving from prototype design to large scale mass produced product involves transitioning from research stage to product development in an efficient manner. At Arvia we have worked tirelessly to ensure that this transition is both fast and seamless, which constantly enables us to develop new ideas and getting them rigorously evaluated against engineering and commercial suitability and applicability.
